What costs are due at move-in?
The following are due at move-in: $50 Application Fee, $200 Leasing Fee, $5 monthly Pest Control Fee, a Security Deposit based on bedroom count ($250 for a 1-bedroom, $350 for a 2-bedroom, $450 for a 3-bedroom, $550 for a 4-bedroom, up to one month's rent based on screening results), first month's rent, and a $350 Pet Fee (if applicable).
What parking options are available?
Parking is free with no assigned spaces and no roam towing. All residents are required to display a parking decal.
What employers or business centers are nearby?
Pinetree Gardens and Colonial Oaks are conveniently located near several major employers including the University of Florida, UF Health Shands, Butler Plaza, UPS, and Crunch Fitness.
Are there shopping and dining options nearby? What are the hot spots?
Residents have access to two of Gainesville's best shopping destinations. Oaks Mall is just minutes away, featuring Dillard's, Belk, JCPenney, H&M, BJ's Restaurant, and more. Is public transportation easily accessible? Do you have a ride share meet-up area?
Yes! An RTS bus stop is located right at the entrance of the community. We do not have a designated rideshare meet-up area.
